-------------------------------------------------------------
The Remy Cointreau Group completed the disposal of a number of
Dutch liqueur and spirit brands in conjunction with the European
investment fund ABN AMRO Capital, together with Huub van Doorne,
on March 10.  These brands include Bols, Bokma, Coebergh,
Corenwyn and Pisang Ambon, as well as the Italian liqueurs
Galliano and Vaccari.

Mr. van Doorne, who was a member of Remy Cointreau's Management
Board until September 2004, will manage the new entity.  He will
be in charge of brands that he knows well as he was involved in
their development over a number of years.

The scope of the disposal includes the 33% held by Remy
Cointreau in Avandis, the Bols joint venture production unit in
the Netherlands.  Distribution of the brands that have been sold
will continue to be handled in the majority of international
markets by the Maxxium network or Remy Cointreau's distribution
subsidiaries.

The nominal value of the transaction is EUR210 million with an

loan.  In the 2005/06 financial year the brands that have been
sold represent turnover of approximately EUR65 million,
excluding operations under license.

Subject to the approval of the competition authorities in the
relevant markets, this transaction will be completed this month.

This disposal is in line with the acceleration of the Group's
value strategy, which now aims to refocus on key international
brands, in world markets with great potential such as the US,
Asia and global travel retail.

* More Company Closures in First Quarter, Coface Reports
--------------------------------------------------------
More companies succumbed to closure in the first quarter of 2006
than in the same period last year, Hungary's Magyar Hirlap cited
credit rating firm Coface Hungary.

According to Coface's report, 3,641 companies reported
insolvency in the first quarter of 2006, 15.26% higher than
2005.  Textile, construction, retail and wholesale trade, and
real-estate management sectors were the most affected.

Coface forecasted that around 3.4% of the 470,000 local
companies would go bust by year-end.  The credit group said this
year would be difficult for the poultry industry due to bird flu
panic; construction sectors due to debt chains; and SME due to
tough competition posed by multinational companies.

The credit group, however, noted a marked increase in the number
of newly registered companies in the country.  Coface said that
in 2005, 17,000 firms were established while 12,000 companies
were shut down.

IMPREGILO SPA: Wins Multi-Billion Dollar Venezuelan Contracts
-------------------------------------------------------------
As part of a grouping with Astaldi and Ghella, Impregilo is to
construct two new railway lines in Venezuela, for an overall
value of US$2.2 billion.

Additional assignments worth US$1.5 billion on the construction
contract for the Puerto Cabello-La Encrucijada line, on which
work has already begun, brings the total value of railway
contracts awarded in Venezuela to US$3.7 billion.

The works come under the intergovernmental agreements between
the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and Italy.  They assign
construction of the two new railway sections, the San Juan de
los Morros-San Fernando de Apure line (252 km) and the
Chaguaramas-Cabruta line (201 km), to the group of Italian
companies.

The grouping, in which each of the three companies holds a
33.33% share, will complete work on the two lines in 76 months.
Construction is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2006,
as soon as the contracts have been signed.

In addition to line construction, the agreements envisage
options worth US$1 billion for the engineering, supply and
installation of the railway system (signals, controls,
telecommunications, electrification, rolling stock), which will
be regulated by subsequent contracts.

The project, designed to promote the development of central-
southern Venezuela, involves construction of 453 km of new
track, including 15 km of tunnels and 12 km of bridges and
viaducts.  It also covers the design and installation of
trackworks, 13 railway stations, three interports and a
maintenance shop.

The US$1.5 billion option exercised by the contract awarder,
IAFE (autonomous state railway entity), extends the contract
assigned to the same grouping of Italian companies for the
construction of the Puerto Cabello-La Encrucijada railway line,
on which work is already well ahead.  The options cover the
design and building of new stations and interports, and a new
section from Stazione Puerto Cabello to Terminale Marittimo.

Active in Venezuela for more than 30 years, Impregilo has been
and continues to be involved in the construction of some of the
country's key infrastructures, notably the Caruachi dam, a
section of the Caracas underground railway, as well as the
Caracas - Cua and Puerto Cabello - La Encrucijada railway lines.

Headquartered in Milan, Italy Impregilo S.p.A. --
http://www.impregilo.it/-- is a leading engineering group in
Italy that has existed since 1906.  It generates more than EUR2
billion in annual revenue and employs more than 11,703 people.

Impregilo posted consolidated net sales of EUR2.4 billion,
compared to EUR2.9 billion in 2004.  It attributed the decrease
to a general downturn in sales volumes, the de-consolidation of
some operations and the absence of extraordinary items
recognized in 2004.  The Group posted a consolidated operating
loss of EUR254.4 million.  A significant factor in the result
was the aggregate operating loss (EUR260 million) of the non-
core businesses (Building & Services, Campania MSW Project,
Imprepar in liquidation), which are being sold/retired or are in
liquidation.

Net debt at Dec. 31, 2005 was EUR489.3 million (not including
net debt on discontinued operations), and was down by EUR672
million from Dec. 31 2004.  During the year, share capital was
increased by EUR651.9 million.  Shareholders' equity at Dec. 31,
2005, amounted to EUR516.7 million, an increase of EUR305
million from Dec. 31, 2004.  Impregilo is optimistic it could
achieve its profit forecast and debt-to-equity ratio of 0.5 in
2007.  Corporate restructuring specialist Lazard Freres & Co.
LLC is advising Impregilo.
