This listserv is intended to provide a convenient forum for discussion of all aspects of the Uniform Commercial Code. Participation is limited to attorneys, law professors, law librarians, law students and other members of the legal community. Regrettably, persons outside the legal community are not permitted to join.

The UCC listserv was created by the editors of the Uniform Commercial Code Reporting Service as a free service to the legal community and its operation is coordinated by Managing Editor Christopher Hoving and Legal Editor David Strausfeld. Technical assistance is generously provided by Washburn University School of Law.

Listservs are discussion groups conducted using Internet e-mail where members can freely exchange ideas across great distances. All you need in order to participate in a listserv is the ability to send and receive Internet e-mail messages. No special technical expertise or experience with the Internet is required.

Leave the subject line blank and in the body of the message write only the following:
